Our campus tour schedule is very rigorous and requires coordination from many different staff members. Group tours are scheduled to last for 1.5 hours. We encourage groups to arrive on time for their campus tour so we can ensure that they receive the full experience. If you are going to arrive late, please notify us at 940.565.4104 and expect that we cannot extend your tour or lengthen your itinerary.?We reserve the right to alter your tour as needed to align with the predetermined tour time. This could mean shortening your tour or even changing your campus tour into a virtual or self-guided tour depending on your arrival time.

We encourage groups to arrive a few minutes prior to their tour start time to give students a chance to go to the restroom and still be on time for their tour. Arriving prior to your start time can also give your group ample time to take photos before leaving for tour.
