Scholarship Opportunity for Freshmen (Class of 2020)

The College Board has launched a new scholarship program with $5 million of scholarships each year, beginning with the class of 2020. The program guides students through the college planning process. Turn your efforts into scholarships, click here for detailed information. This is a wonderful scholarship opportunity for our Freshmen Class. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Lewis.

 

Deadline for Submitting Work

Attention students, all assignments need to be submitted to your teachers by Monday, December 17. Grades are due on Tuesday, December 18, so no late work will be accepted by this date. Let’s end the semester on a high note!

Junior and Sophomore Students,

We will have an SAT practice test on Saturday, December 15th at 9:00 AM. Donats and water will be served. Please RSVP by December 12, 2018, using this link. Students who do not RSVP will not be permitted due to space. If you have any questions, please contact one of the counselors Mr. Senlik or Mrs. Lewis.

Middle School Awards Ceremonies

On Thursday, December 20, we will have awards ceremonies for our 7th and 8th grade students, recognizing the following achievements:

  • A Honor Roll
  • A/B Honor Roll
  • Perfect Attendance
  • No DPS Points
  • Top PRS Points

Parents are invited to attend! The schedule is below:

7th Grade Ceremony: 8:40-9:40

8th Grade Ceremony: 9:50-10:55

Harmony Public Schools joins the country in mourning the loss of President George H.W. Bush, a leader known as the “education president” for his tireless devotion to America’s schoolchildren.

A statewide Day of Mourning has been declared by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott for Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, to allow Texans to pay their respects to President Bush. All Harmony Public School campuses will remain open and operating on their regular schedule on this date.
